Never Persuade or Posture in Cold Email

When you check your email,
you delete the noise — stuff of no interest or value.

So agents, buyers, and sellers do the same thing.

However, just like you, they also make quick replies to something that captures their attention.

For businesses, ….. email is here to serve as a means to get into a discussion about a sale. Particularly, for real estate brokers looking to recruit agents, you want agents to discuss the benefits or joining your real estate company.

Therefore, your cold email should not try to persuade or posture your position.  In fact, the moment you begin an attempt to persuade STOP.  Do not walk your clients down a road that leads to your sales pitch. They will cut you off.

Instead, have a conversation that leads agents to you and your brokerage.
