With buyers looking for their ideal home, a quiet emerging selling point is that, this house has an ideal space with sunlight and air flow that can be used to grow your personal marijuana supply.

Absurd?  Look at what is happening.

Alaska —  Adults over 21 can grow 6 plants at home.  If you live in a residence with two adults over 21 years of age, you may collectively grow a total of 12 plants.

Colorado – Adults over 21 can cultivate 6 plants in their home.

Maine – Adults can cultivate 12 plants in their residence. Up to 6 of these plants may be flowering at one time. Adults are allowed to store an unlimited amount of cannabis seedlings.

Massachusetts – Adults can grow up to 6 flowering plants at home.

Washington D.C. – Adults can legally grow 6 plants in their residence.

Nevada – Adults can legally grow 6 mature plants at home.  Your grow room must be locked and kept out of sight.

Oregon – Adults over 21 can grow up to 4 cannabis plants in their home.

American Green, a publicly traded company, based in Arizona, made a binding offer of $5 million to purchase the town of Nipton, CA.  American Green plans to  invest as much as $2.5 million over the next 18 months to create a pot-friendly tourist destination.

People thought building a casino in the desert was a crazy idea as well; however, today we have Las Vegas, NV.
