Stop Selling; instead, Persuade. I.E., Get people to believe in you

Instead, top producing agents seek to get people to believe in them and their ability to delivery on their promises.
How do you go about persuading people so that it increases your real estate sales: — First, really listen. People will tell you what they want and expect.
— Second, show your clients you hear them and understand their needs. You can summarize their concerns and explain how you plan to handle each situation.
— Third, talk about how you are there to help. Give them a chance to know who you are, and let them know that they can trust you. You want clients to see you as a valuable member of their inner circle.
You want to provide a positive feeling experience…. one that leave people believing that they have have the right choice by selecting you to represent them.
Be real and explain what you can do, and how you will fix things should there be problems….
“I won’t promise to get everything right 100% of the time, but I will promise to fix any issues or problems on our part 100% of the time.”
By being real and never over-promising, you can opens doors for yourself.
